Job Description

• Analyzing customers business requirements and objectives and guiding them in defining their scope of work

• Developing and managing effective implementation project plans that align client and internal resources through execution and delivery

• Leading cross functional teams in the development and completion of key project milestones and client onboarding initiatives

• Managing all daily operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects across several clients and products simultaneously

• Leading weekly customer calls to track implementation progress and ensure ongoing value is being provided while liaising with internal clients to fully understand data content and ensure efforts are meeting expectations

• Remain current on customer requirements, industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors in order to build trust and create meaningful relationships with clients

• Communicating as needed with clients as well as internally to ensure challenges are overcome in order to continue executing to the implementation plan and, when necessary;

• Produce weekly and monthly status reports for clients
