Roles and Responsibilities

1)Companys Products : GPS(Tracking Device for trucks), Fastag, Fuel Cards

2)Profile: Team Leader (Field Job)

3)Profile Descriptions

-Daily Travel (Need to have own vehicle and an android smart phone)

-Need to manage team of 8-12 sales executives

-Regional language and local candidates will be preferred

4)Career Growth: Many TL's are promoted to AGM's in a single year based on their performance.

5)About company:

-Logistics platform for commercial vehicle

-Vehicle tracking system , Fastags , Discount on fuel . In next 6 months,planning to execute vehicle insurance , providing loading to customers, maintenance services etc.

-Currently active in 25 States in India

-Team size in PAN India : 4000+

6)Expectation from a Team Leader

-Daily morning and evening gate meetings on phone call

-Doing buddy visits along with your SE's

-Leads self generate( 90% self generate leads and 10% company provides)

-Travel from 35KM-50KM (at given working location)

-Incentive (more details will be given in interview) . No upper cap in incentive

Experience-Min. 2 years

Salary - Upto 35k
