Responsibilities
1. Own the partnership with the hiring manager/hiring panel to get a detailed understanding of the roles and priorities, document the recruitment and interview process. 2. Manage full cycle recruiting process from Sourcing to joining and traking updates threw out the recruitment funnel. 3. Source qualified candidates, reaching them out, and conducting phone/video interviews to qualify candidates 4. Collaboratively working with a team including resources and recruiting partners for getting the right match in time 5.Coordinate heavily between candidates and hiring panels, managing a smooth candidate, and hiring manager experience throughout the interview process. 6. Assisting in all the HR functions amd operations as per the need and requirements of the organization from time to time.

Eligibility of the candidates
1. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
2. Minimum 1 year of International recruitment is prefferable 3. Someone with Consulting and Company experience would be a great fit 4. Any Graduates degree or equivalent experience as per requirement
5. Excellent command on written and spoken English
