To accelerate our growth further, we're currently expanding our IT recruitment team to meet the demands.

To understand the manpower requirements of clients from the given job description
Sourcing of resumes from various portals, internal database, professional platforms & referrals
Evaluating/validating the candidate skills and competencies against the job description shared.
Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities
counselling job seekers towards the interview preparations.
Helping them for interview line up, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
Extending support while joining services to ensure their comfortable settling in the referred job.
Generating referrals thru the job seekers for the ongoing new manpower requirements

Job Criteria :

Graduation from any discipline. preference shall be given for CS qualification.

1 to 2 year working experience for a consultancy in IT recruitment is preferred.

Should be strong with IT technical recruitment aspects like tools, software, language, programming etc.

Commanding English communication preferred.

Attitude towards task accomplishment is mandatory

Compensation :

12,000 to 15,000 per month plus incentives.
