Job Description

Technical Aptitude to troubleshoot computer, laptops, Outlook and printers
Would be responsible to provide support to Deloitte US Employees with questions related to Outlook, Printers, Laptops, PDA and Deloitte Approved S/W's.
Willing to work on Rotational Shifts and cab will not be provided
L1 Technical support
Basic NW skills
Basic OS troubleshooting, Knowledge on How computer runs
Outlook Configuration
Skype - Connection, troubleshooting
Webmail configuration
