Position:- CSR (Voice process)

Roles & Responsibilities ;-

  • He/She responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end, for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.
  • High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
  • Good customer service skill with command on spoken communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools
  • Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
