Job Description
Should have good knowledge about Job portals & proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines. Should have experience in Competency hiring, walk-ins etc.Works on hiring for Lateral positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
Accountable for the End to End hard-core recruitment.
Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interview, salary negotiation and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date.
Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for core Voice Process, BPO profiles for all levels.
To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
1.On boarding: New Employee Induction
2. Conducting Open House for CSE's, HR Help Desk, Appraisals, Confirmation & IJP's
3. Conducting employee counseling sessions for behavior & performance situations
3. Employee Retention: Creating Motivating Environment & Managing Early Warning System
4. Exit Formalities: Exit Interviews & Final Settlement processing'
5. Drive retention and succession planning
6 Conduct monthly meetings and prepare dashboards
7 Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Skills -
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
2. Employee centric, sensitive to employee situations and ability to coach and mentor
3. Should have good interpersonal and employee relations skills
4. Should be hands on in grievance handling, employee engagement and appraisals etc.
5. Should be comfortable with Night Shifts.
