Job Description
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4-12 years of experience in EBX & Java.
- Hands-on configuration / development skills
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
- Healthcare domain knowledge is desirable
- Apply data governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders
- Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audits, and data validation
- Responsible for development of master data rules, procedures, and governance
- Experience in SDLC, Agile development, SCRUM framework
- Implement and configure the data model within MDM, as per the logical models defined by analysts & data governance teams
- Configure MDM software to satisfy functional and technical requirements in defining match / merge, workflow, user interfaces, security, access rules, etc.
- Act as an SME for MDM best practices, design patterns and standards to guide MDM implementation
- Expose MDM capabilities via well defined, Batch & Real time interfaces
- Drive and Implement data conversion and initial load of data in MDM as per data governance team's profiling strategy
- Estimate workloads and respect quality and schedule
- Help to streamline how we deliver solutions to the business
- Hands-on data modeling experience and working with other Developers, Data Modelers, and Technical Business Analysts to translate requirements into existing Reference Data Model and create new Reference Data Model using Tibco EBX tools.
- Hands on experience in Core Java and TIBCO EBX5 MDM
- Hands on experience in EBX5 front end development.
- Experience in developing web applications using frameworks like Spring and Struts.
- Experience in being part of multiple MDM engagements.

- Good analytical skills.
- Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
- Can identify problems and risks and escalates to the appropriate level for immediate resolution.
