Job Description

Job Title :Technical Support Engineer
Work Location : Hyderabad
Experience Level : 2-5 Years
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners
(This will be a full-time role with night shift. Required to work U.S. day-time hours. 9am-6pm PST)
Responsibilities :
Job duties to include, but not limited to :
- Become a product expert on our web application to provide internal team support
- Logging support issues in Jira
- Responding to critical issues in a prompt fashion
- Investigating, diagnosing, and ticketing of application faults and/or solving of application related issues
Must Have :
- 2-5 years working in a tech support role
- Exposure to SQL/MYSQL
- Strong critical thinking/technical problem-solving ability
- Excellent technical understanding
- Exposure to SQL/MYSQL
- Fluent in Written/Verbal English as well as Hindi
- Experience in JSON/Coding
- Experience with Jira
- Knowledge on the following platforms would also be preferred -
- Zapier
- NewRelic
- Previous work with an international company a plus
