Have a detailed understanding of and experience of working in Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Unified Directory and Oracle Access Manager
Experience with Oracle Identity Federation and various technologies around it such as SAML, OAuth, Open ID, etc.
Be able to create, modify and clone OIM connectors
Be able to create OIM Access Policies
Be able to manage OIM Application Instances
Have understanding of OIM database Schema
Have understanding of OIM Reconciliation
Have experience of OIM scheduled tasks
Have hands on experience with Oracle WebLogic Application Server
Have hands on experience with Oracle BI Publisher
Have advanced Fault Finding Skills
(Optional)Have development experience in Java
Good Understanding of ITIL processes
Having good communication skills
