Job Description

Tigerbells is looking for a US IT Recruiter for 100% Remote role. We are looking for an ambitious performer.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for End to End US IT Recruitment (W2).

2. Analysing job specification

3. Screening the resume as per the clients specification.

4. Identifying potential candidates through job sites, referrals, and Internet searches. Well versed with Dice, Monster, Ciepal etc.

5. Excellent negotiation skills

6. Excellent communication skills (English).

Tigerbells provides excellent salaries with incentives.

Work Timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Mon-Fri
