Job Description

Responsibilities

• The person must have good communication skills
• Since the work effort is mainly during US work hours, need this person to be working in the US time zone hours as much as possible
• Ensure the Application teams complete the policy exceptions request forms accordingly and send to the POC to enter onto JIRA
• Enter Policy Exceptions onto JIRA and perform Peer reviews with the Application teams to ensure the request is not missing information. Experience with JIRA is not mandatory. We can provide the necessary training
• Once the Exception is entered, follow up on the approvals to make sure they are getting completed according to the established SLA guidelines
• After JIRA approvals are complete, work with the Application team to enter them onto the Systems of Record (PEMS and ISPEM) and follow up on the approvals. Exceptions cannot expire so need to watch these very closely
• On a weekly/monthly basis, provide Policy Exceptions status updates to the PEMT (Policy Exceptions Management Team ).
• Setup meetings with the CIO and their Directs to keep them updated on their Exceptions and Status updates
• Participate in the Monthly POV (Point of View) reviews with the PEMT team to ensure the CIO reports provide accurate information
• Attend the monthly meetings with and provide any assistance with specific questions
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc are required but the person does not need to be an Expert.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience required- 8-12 years in contract management and SOW Management
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willing to work in US time zone
• Good communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management
• Experience in JIRA will be an added advantage
