Design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and project managers
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
Report Test Status to management
Support UAT
Follow Wells lifecycle development SDLC processes, artifacts, environments, segregation of duties, discovery to deployment
6+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
4+ years of leadership or management experience
3+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of SQL experience
3+ years of HP ALM experience
Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience working with robotic process automation technologies
2-3+ years of QTP, UFT or Win Runner Experience
