Job Description

About the Role:
Responsible for Data Analysis and Reporting with 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling with 4 + years of Tableau Dashboard development and reporting automation experience. Responsibilities :

7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling with 4 + years of Tableau Dashboard development and reporting automation experience.
Expert level Tableau abilities and a proven history of maximizing Tableau's capabilities in visualizations and Reporting Automation
Experience publishing to the Tableau Server and using Tableau Server functions within dashboards
Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting
Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts using data visualizations
Holding regular customer meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Hands-on experience of analyzing and executing medium to complex SQL queries in PROD environments.
Scripting Languages (Python/PowerShell) would be desirable.
Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
Good understanding and exposure to Compliance activities and workflows.
Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles and Agile Methodology.
A background in IT Operate with Incident and Change Management System experience is desirable.
Finding the key areas of automation to make the business processes streamlines.
Run quality checks on products to ensure optimal and efficient performance.
Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved operations.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.

Essential Qualification:

Expert level Tableau abilities
Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualification

Any Bachelor Degree
Experience working with global teams in Banking domain.
