About the Role
This position is within Wholesale Technology area for their Level 2 team supporting their Customer Due Diligence application. This application is one of the largest implementation of IBM BPM and IBM Integration Designer.
As part of this team, you will be responsible to monitor and manage application to ensure application availability and stability, coordinate with various Business, Platform and vendor teams, work on User Tickets adhering to the Service Level Agreements. This role is for an individual contributor who will be responsible to support the application at L2 capacity Attain excellent application knowledge - Technical and Functional, Work on User Tickets, perform Application Health Checks, status reporting, work on User Requests, Improvement/Automation and other BAU responsibilities.
In addition, collaborate and follow up with Development teams and other Technology Partner teams to restore application from an outage (Incident Management) and perform Root Cause Analysis (Problem Management). Team works in 2 shifts between 06:30 AM to 10:30 PM IST and provides weekend support on rotational basis. Job Responsibilities
