Job Description

About the Role You will work as part of the Enterprise Process Engineering team, Develops and leads redesign initiatives that encompass end-to-end analyses and future state redesigns within fast-paced environments, You will be part of Reviewing existing procedures and existing business process documentation, creation of process models using iGrafx Responsibilities

  • Consults with leaders to indetify, understand, assess, infulence, adapt analysis and create alternatives for effective implementation of the five change management levers of Change Management, thereby encompassing business processes, standards, systems and technology in line with the orgranization structures to implement and increase speed to adoption and usage of such changes in time.

  • In support of process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests and evaluates process and workflow data as directed. Applies foundational process engineering tools such as SIPOC (suppliers, inputs, process outputs, and customers)

  • Customer Focus, Lean/Six Sigma principles, Process Mapping, Fishbone diagrams and techniques to enhance processes for teams, departments and business units. Gathers process requirements; provides operational/analytical support for Process Engineers.

  • Identify or assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities and may make recommendations based on analyses. Interacts with business subject matter experts to ascertain information and details in support of research and evaluations.

  • Establish standards for measuring Quality Control team's performance against team's process defition program deliverables

  • Establish practices and controls to ensure the test team is calibrated on the teams required practicesDevelop proactive framework to understand and manage the test workflow to ensure all SLAs are met

  • Build or help training teams to build a robust Models Testing training model for seamless transition of a new team member in the testing teamPrioritizes responsibilities to balance initiatives and deliverables. Facilitates exchange of process updates with business partners, ensuring the process provided to business complies with operative policies and regulations

  • Knowledge of process mapping/modeling and Experience using MS Visio

  • Experience using iGrafx (Preferrable)

  • Collaborate with training team to develop key performance indicatiors for the process modelers

  • Process mapping/modeling using iGrafx Flow charter by duly following EPE standards

  • Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests and evaluates process and workflow data as directed

  • Participate in LOB reviews as required

  • Facilitates exchange of process updates with business partners, ensuring the process provided to business complies with operative policies and regulations
