Job Description

• Reviewed  contracts, preferably from a software or services company.
• The primary responsibility will be to review the SOW's      
• corporate contracting, negotiations,Drafting, review and redlining of contracts like Master Service Agreements (MSAs),Software License Agreements (SLAs)
• Software as a Service 
  
• Experience of  working of In house  
• Master Services Agreements
  

Required Candidate profile

• Very Good communication skills
  
• Primary responsibility will be to review the SOW's     
  
• Knowledge of all legal terms
  
• Must be from IT Software companies only.
  
• Experience of 2 years-7 years.
