Job Description
A Jewelry Manager is someone who is responsible in handling the daily management of the operations of a jewelry company where in he is tasked to do the following but not limited to it: he oversees the employees and their work- Should have more than 2 years of Manager Experience in jewelry Field or some other field.
- They should must be able to Assort data neatly for Jewelry Presentation as he pay Important role in the company.
- should be fluent in English as well as in Hindi.
- being the manager entails a lot of tasks needed to be overseen as the success of a company is reflection of the managers work performance.
- Should be smart & capable of Handling Every Single Work Allotted to them.
- Should take Initiative for work, to be completed on Time.
- A Jewelry Manager is obligated to manage the daily activities and operations of the Company which includes the planning out of the work assignments and work schedules of the employees, assigning the specific duties of these employees,
- As he need to check conduct employee performance review
- A Manager is responsible for performing inventory of the whole Factory which may involve the counting or checking of stocks, keeping Stock transaction records and ordering merchandise and stock when necessary.
- He should be able to address the queries or concerns that may arise from the employee issue.
- Able to work on deadlines
