Job Profile:
Collecting the quotation from different vendors
Planning and effecting schedules for procurement for Capitals Equipments, Engineering spares Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil , consumables etc
Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.
Purchasing machines with improved technology to increase production
classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc
Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.
Procurement of all kind of material
Procurement of production material and packaging materials. (Raw Material and Packing Materials.)
Payment process coordination with finance
Controlling the Inventory
Cost reduction through development alternative vendor
Finding and developing new suppliers
Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries
Following up for delivery, coordinating with stores
Coordinating with project team
Intimating user team to raise Indent for renewal of Contracts and AMCs
Budgeting, Monthly Budget is prepared as per the requirement of Project
Responsible preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub contractors
Client is a dominant player in the baked items and confectionary industry with products ranging from biscuits, cookies, wafers, chocolates, candies and confectionery.
