Job Title: Legal Manager

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years experience, preferably in insurance industry or 2-3years experience of self practice.

Type of position: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

To handle Motor Third Party (MACT) Cases, Consumer Litigation and other legal matters related to the assigned location/area through a team of empanelled lawyers.

Job Profile:

•   To monitor MACT, Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.
•   To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of matters at different tires of litigation.
•   To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the litigations.
•   To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the MAC claims.
•   Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co ordination with external counsels.

Education Requirements: Graduate/PG in law

Age Criteria: 25 - 30 Years

Max salary : 4 LPA

Experience: 3-4 years experience.
