Greetings from eClerx Service Ltd !!!

We are currently hiring experienced (1- 3 years) immediate joiners for Customer Data Management (CDM) for Pune location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain order codes for consumers and small businesses
• Ensuring correct product configuration
• Following the Product Launch schedule
• Training and ongoing support to team members
• Periodic Data quality check and correction - reporting ongoing performance
• Identifying an improvement opportunity and initiating improvement projects
• Email communication with the client on request acknowledgment
• Technical support as appropriate

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Engineering/Science Graduates from Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial OR Electronics stream
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel)/ web surfing/e-commerce.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like SFDC, Siebel, NetSuite, Alteryx (data science) tools is an added advantage.

Basic Requirement:

• Excellent Verbal and written communication
• Experience : 1-3 years
• Immediate Joiners
• Flexible with any shift
• Excellent with MS Office and surfing
