Job Description
The successful applicant should possess the following skills and experience:
- Work with and under the supervision of highest- quality geotechnical engineers
- Participate in field assignments that will include observation of explorations (soil and rock borings, test pits, CPT soundings, geophysical testing); installation of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring; and inspection and construction of geotechnical structures (earth retaining structures, deep foundations, dams, tunnels, and shallow foundations).
- Analyze field logs, laboratory and field- testing results, and use your knowledge and judgement to work with senior geotechnical engineers in selecting geotechnical design parameters.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consulting experience in the geotechnical design and construction space.
- Experience in various areas of geotechnical investigation, analysis and design in areas such as metros, bridges, slope stability analysis, embankment, ground improvement, risk assessment and mitigation measures, shallow and deep foundations, dam engineering and associated infrastructure projects.
- Use computer programs including Settle3D, Slide, APile, Unipile, LPILE, Shaft, FB- MultiPier, GRLWEAP, PLAXIS, gINT and MathCAD to complete engineering analysis.
- Sound interpersonal and technical management skills demonstrated ability in delivering solutions.
- Positive track record in client management and development in consulting.

- 5- 7 years of experience
- M. Tech / M.E in Geotechnical engineering and B. Tech/B.E in Civil engineering with strong technical knowledge of principles of soil mechanics and foundation engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with geotechnical site characterization, deep foundation and earth retaining structure design, and seismic evaluations will contribute to your success
- The ideal candidate will have a wide breadth of practical geotechnical knowledge, field exploration and geotechnical design experience, and the desire to grow personally as well as professionally
