Job Description
Consultant - Content Writer
Contract duration: 9 months
Salary: 30% hike, up to 6LPA
Location: Bangalore
An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly (B2B tone).
A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
Experience with an eCommerce company can be an added advantage.
- Experience in copywriting & making process tutorials for
- Writing email templates and Scripts
- Copy editing to enhance the existing contents
- Making detailed presentations on UI navigation and process
- Creating the user manuals
- Managing the learning center: Content updating & Audits
- Should be able to create easy to comprehend copy
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand the copy requirements
- Quick grasping and ability to understand the eCommerce business processes
- In accordance with the Flipkart culture need wittiness in the content as and when required
- Should create, adapt, and follow project schedules and deadlines
- Fast thinking individual who can create/write content on a variety of topics
- Written and spoken English & Hindi skills is a must
- Experience in editing and proofreading content for grammar, facts, and style guide consistency is required
- Should be able to collaborate with translators as necessary to convert writing into a variety of languages
- Revises, edits, or updates instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary
- Convert a given piece of content in different formats including PPTs, Word docs and pdfs
- Analyze results to refine content strategy
- Minimum experience of 1 year in content writing/Tech writer for a reputed company is required
