Job Description

Tech Mahindra Business Service gives you an opportunity to join us as a Service Desk Analyst.

Eligibility :

Knowledge in IT and Experience in IT Service Desk.

Good understanding of technical Support.

Immediate opening for Service desk/Help desk.

Willing to work in 24/7 shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting business customers via calls, mail and chats.

Salary offered up to 3.8L CTC - 4 L CTC.

WORK FROM OFFICE MANDATORY

Location : Malad, Mumbai

Transport facility will be provided to the candidates within the transport boundaries.

Transport boundary:

Western Line-Till Virar

Central Line-Till Thane

Harbour Line-Till Vashi
