KA Hospitality Group has elevated the standards of the hospitality industry. It began by introducing the subcontinent to its first two Michelin starred restaurants, Hakkasan & Yauatcha (and in the process, forever changed the common notion of what Chinese food is).


WE CURRENTLY HAVE OPENING FOR RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER, HIS RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS BELOW :


  • HR objectives. Accomplish restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, payroll, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Operational objectives Achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and executing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Financial objectives meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Customer experience objectives- achieve restaurant customer experience objectives by excelling at building and maintaining customer experience. Must be clear on Moment of Truth concepts and must be able to inspire and enable every team member to provide customer delight at all times.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • In-depth knowledge of cuisine, ingredients and food preparation processes.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
