Job Description
Position: Trainer
Contract duration: 9 months FTC (full time contract)
Payroll partner: 3rd party
Salary 30% hike up to 6.5LPA
Location: Bangalore, Indore, Lucknow & Pune
Summary:
We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization.
The ideal candidate should be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve client, employee training and performance.
The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver
and utilize training materials.
The trainer will be responsible for working with the stakeholders in creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by evaluating performance of external and internal clients/stakeholders
- Translate requirements into trainings that will help seller( external client) to conduct their business on Flipkart with ease
- Identify and plan Training sessions to internal stakeholders to educate and keep them updated on the new policy and process changes
- Develop and oversee the production of training materials , instructional materials aids and manuals for internal and external audience
- Good platform and presentation skills to deliver the offline and online training
- Build monthly training program and prepare teaching plans
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality results for both internal and external trainings
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Good grasping power to understand the product and process faster and work with Subject Matter Expert to create training materials
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in conducting offline and online training sessions
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
