- Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT: Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated time
- should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT
- should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network
- must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals.
- Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On Boarding / CTC as applicable.
- Should have good understanding of IT / Software skills & Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT C2H / C2C profiles is a must.
- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent. Applicant should have 1 - 3 years of experience into end to end IT recruitment for C2H / Contract to hire / IT Staffing (Domestic),
