Job Description
Job Description: The Projects Manager will manage the project very efficiently. Will plan, interpret, organize, schedule and manage projects through all phases of developments. Will also manage project teams and prepare schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Will be posted at project site anywhere within India. Presently posting will be done in Zirakpur.
Functional Area: Construction/ Building/ Extraction
Functional Role: Civil Construction Manager
Will oversee design development, establish and monitor budgets. The candidate should demonstrate experience in all phases of architecture and engineering services and project management.
Candidate Requirement
- Will pass knowledge to other members of the team to support a continuous learning environment. Key responsibilities also include team building and motivation.having 5- 15 years experience of Construction line expert in finishing work of residential project.
Experience: 5 - 15 years
Qualification: Diploma, civil engineering (Auto CAD) , civil engineering (billing & site execution)
