Job Details:
Experience: 3- 5 Yrs in Internal Recruitment of a Recruitment Consultancy ( Mid to Senior Hiring) with strong achievements in previous assignments.
Office Location: Kodihalli, Old Airport Road, Bangalore, India.
Designation- HR Executive
We are looking for a proven performer with following skills-
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing IT/ Non IT / Healthcare Recruiters/ Leads/ Managers Professionals based on the requirements given
Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements.
Talking to the candidates and understand their interest in the position
Scheduling Interviews with the prospects
Follow up with the candidates till joining
Expected Qualities:
Honest at work
Target Oriented
Self-Motivated and Initiative driven
Must have fast speed of work with accuracy
Ability to resolve complex issues and queries
Compensation: As per industry standards for deserving Candidates.
Work timings: 9/10am - 6/7pm (9 hrs/day) - Monday-Friday + Saturday (1/2 day)
