Technical Skills:

• Ability to Envision, Plan, Execute custom projects as per time and cost expectations
• Client and stakeholder communication, reporting status, resolving issues
• RFP responses with estimation, approach, thought leadership to make a right win
• Work with diverse team in multi-geo operation for migration, new development, support projects
• Motivate, train, develop team to make most productive use of resources
• Participate in learning, forum, Microsoft relationship to keep updated with latest progress
• Lead initiatives for innovation, idea execution, aligning teams
• Experience in Enterprise automation solution and collaboration tools
• Sharp eye on user experience (UX/UI) and analytics
• Excel, Project plan (MPP), Powerpoint, Azure DevOps, Deployment processes
• MVC framework, MS .net, SQL Server, Windows

Nice to have skills:

• Azure platform for technology and databases
• Azure cognitive services
• Machine learning
• Performance, Security
