Eligibility:

BPO Training exposure is mandatory BPO Background
Should have hands on experience in providing training on batch wise (or) Classroom training (or)Process Training (or) Technical Training Voice / Non voice Process
Good communication skills.

Job description:

To manage end-to-end process training batch for leading International consumer durable client
Must have exposure on conducting soft skills, process/product and system Training in an international BPO as Trainer.
Must ensure successful clearance of agents from training phase during certification
Must have managed operations and client interactions during training phase
Co-ordinate with various departments for support for successful completion of batch
Must conduct various refresher on floor basis audit output on monthly basis
Must conduct quality checks for 0 30 day agents on regular basis

Requirements**:
Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Should have experience in International BPO as a Trainer.
Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Graduation is Mandatory.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.

Experience: Minimum 2 years
