Job Description

Responsibilities Key Deliverables

Lead the Single cyl engine performance testing , durability testing
Component level testing know how i.e. valve timing , springs , cyl head etc , power pack leakage test etc.
Strong expertise in EMS system dyno working principals
Finalise the fixtures hardwares for engine testing
Optimisation of valve timing cam profile thru eng testing
Expertise related to engine durability testing i.e. Pmax / Tmax / Fleet durability , gearbox endurance, instrumentation required for engine dyno testing chassis dyno testing, engine performance calibration optimisation
U nderstanding strong expertise in data analysis from tested engines
Know how about vehicle level calibration emission optimisation
Knowledge of intake / exhaust system for optimisation for best performance / emission
Basic understanding about CAE/FEA simulation of engine components
Knowledge of emission norms ( Domestic / Global ), type 3 emissions evaporative emissions
Knowledge of domestic / global homologation / type approval processes standards for two wheelers
Strong know how on two wheeler engine assembly dyno working principals

Experience : 12-15 yrs Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech from NIT / IIT / Good Govt college
Mechanical / Automobile engg
Diploma from Govt. Polytechnic - Mechanical / Automobile
