We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of Acquisition Manager- Digital Sales Profile for the Lucknow location

Designation: Acquisition Manager- Digital Sales (On the payroll of Kotak)

CTC Offered- Upto 1.65 LPA + Performance-based Incentives (upto 10,000 p.m.)

Job description

Do KYC for 811 Digital Account through field visit, 100 % leads will be provided by the bank & cross-selling have to do along with that.
Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products.
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate.
Must have a general awareness of Banking (RBI & finance ministry).

Job Requirement :

Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporate for Digital Banking.
Candidate must have sound knowledge about banking and finance industry.
Must have own 2 wheeler conveyance (Mandatory with valid documents).
Maximum Age Limit- 26 yrs

Qualification required:

Minimum Graduate/ Diploma/ 12th Pass with own 2 wheeler conveyance (Mandatory with valid documents)
