Urgent multiple vacancies for Software Performance/Technical support role (Software Specialist)

Job Shift: US Shift Time (Pickup/Drop Cab facility available)
Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad ( Temporarily work remotely due to COVID-19)

FLUENCY IN ENGLISH is a must (Written & Verbal Both)

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

• Manage daily interaction with US based clients/Healthcare Providers
• Find resolutions on technical glitches to known or new scenarios. Identify and troubleshoot issues in indexing or queries related to Java, Database, OS, Networking, or any other technologies we use in ECW products for its better performance.
• Meet cases resolution SLA"s
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required to get aid in resolving technical issues.
• Remain updated and keep in-depth knowledge with all eCW products and their enhancements
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level

Position Prerequisites:

• Fresher/Experience in tech-support with strong knowledge in SQL, JAVA & Networking concepts
• Willing to work in US/Night-shifts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Telephone etiquette

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• MySQL/MSSQL
• SQL Servers knowledge, Queries/Syntax commands and Indexing
• Basics of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols, etc)
• Knowledge of Java/CoreJava or C++ (OOPs Concepts)
• Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Understanding of 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
• Knowledge of Tomcat Apache (Preferred)
