Job Description

Developing Sales Strategy
Responsible for achieving team target Monitoring team performance & all outbound calls to ensure Client standards are maintained.
Controlling Attrition and shrinkage.
Should be able to manage a team of 20-25 members.

Required Candidate profile

Should have BPO experience (Outbound Sales process)
Preferably from Telecom having 2 years experience as a Team Leader/Sr.Team Leader.
