Able to communicate to a wide audience, both peers and managers.
Be able to manage own workload priorities
Incident management
SerivceNow good to have but not essential
Incident experience - basic investigations, fixes , applying simple changes.
Technical Skills:
Experience / knowledge of working on Cloud implementations including integration of AWS services EMR, S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena
Hands on Python, SQL, Hive, Airflow scheduler (batch support experience)
Basics of Big Data
Intermediate knowledge of spark
Knowledge of shell scripting
Prior experience in application debugging / Data traceability
