1.Analysis of company's agent databases to identify and sign up those agents with potential to promote programmes from across the business .
2.Contact agents directly to conduct a one on one meeting to have business tie ups.
3.Liaise with educational agents to ensure their contact details are correct, are formally contracted and have visibility of any commercial terms
4.Ensure all agents are fully referenced and contracted in line with our Agent Management Policy.
5.Ensure the database is fully up-to-date and meets the needs of the business.
6.Manage the distribution and delivery of marketing collateral to agents.
7.Manage mail-outs of new marketing materials to agents (in liaison with the marketing team).
8. Travelling 2-3 days a week.
9. Managing the marketing team and ensuring the targets are met.
