Job Description

Role: RDM (Recruitment Development Manager)

Experience: 2+ years field Sales and marketing

Age: 25-40 Year

Education: Graduation

CTC: 2.50-4.00 LPA + Incentives

Role & Responsibility:

- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.

- Training, motivating and development of team members.

- Organizing sales visits

- Demonstrating and presenting products

- Establishing new business

- Maintaining accurate records

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

- Reviewing sales performance

- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
