Quality supervisors manage and implement a company quality assurance and control systems to ensure proper execution of products and customer satisfaction every time. From leading a team of quality control analysts to implementing best practices throughout the production process, quality supervisors are the gatekeepers between products being created and ending up in the customers hands. People in this role are committed to ensuring a product is executed flawlessly whenever possible.
