Experience : From 4 to 15 years

Skillset:

Design, customize, implement and administer Sitecore solutions for customer needs
Develop solution arch with technical considerations, trade-offs and within constraints
Develop POCs to validate design and benchmarking
Technology and delivery ownership of Sitecore new development, upgrades and migrations
Create best practices, standards, generic Sitecore modules, frameworks and reusable extensions
Liaise with offshore teams and co-ordinate with clients
Proficient in end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management pipeline, Solid understanding of cloud-native, API-first and microservices architectures,
Experience in implementing Omni Channel multi-site, multi-brand solutions
Experience in Sitecore Helix, Sitecore Headless and Sitecore customizations in Sitecore xConnect, SXA, JSS, DEF and Commerce
Sitecore integration with other systems like CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, ERP, CDN, etc,
Hands-on DevOps experience with Sitecore, Exp with one of React/Angular/Vue,
Experience in web accessibility, web analytics and SEO
