Job Description

We are looking Turkish language expert (Male Candidate). He will be responsible for providing the best travel deals in the industry, while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Handling Customer Calls regarding their Travel Booking;
Handling Customer Email/Chats;
Helping Customer in booking Ancillaries.

Required Candidate profile

1) Excellent Command over written and verbal Turkish Language;

2) Taking care of operations & sales for B2C (Online Customers).

3) Handling inbound calls.

4) Responsible for generating revenue for the company.

5) Have passion for Sales and customer service.

6) Have zeal to perform.

7) Willing to work 24*7

8) Excellent Communication skills
