Job Location: Nagpur, India

Job Requirements -

Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage.

Should have handled agents

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, AHT, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

Excellent communication skills

Should have experience of 1 year as Team leader in US Voice process

WEEKENDS OFF

Undergraduates are considered

Notice period - 1 month or Immediate joiners (FEMALES)
