About the Role
Java Engineer with experience in Business analysis and Agile Scrum technologies.
Responsibilities Delivering requirement analysis and design documents for middleware applications.
Work closely with the development team and penchant to work on development when required.
Performing technical design and delivering artifacts as per SDLC or Agile methodologies.
Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing business and technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Certified in Oracle Core Java / Significant experience with IDE tools like Eclipse (or similar IDE like IBM Rational Developer).
AWS/AZURE associate architect certifications / Any amount of experience as an active contributor in areas such as Micro services / CI-CD .
Scrum Master certification / Any amount of experience as a typical Scrum Master.

Job Description: Web services Technical BA role

Primary Skills: JAVA Development, Agile Business Analysis.
Secondary Skills: System Design, Web Service, Web-services, XML, CXF, Spring, JDBC.
Domain Knowledge: Banking/Financials/Retail.
Minimum Overall IT Experience (in years) : 7+ years

Job Description for BSC4 level:

A minimum 5 years of experience in technical business analysis and systems design in web services area.
Must have strong and effective communication skills.
Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skill .
Must have strong awareness of object oriented design/development skills in Java/J2EE, web service.
Ability to identify patterns and propose optimal solution.
Ability to multi-task / multi roles ( Scrum Master/ Pseudo Product owner ) and work under stringent timelines within a strong, high-energy team environment.
Acts as a liaison between the client areas and development group for the enhancement and creation of reusable business services.
Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing business and technical requirements.
Experience working as a technical analyst defining detailed level requirements for a system and its interactions with other applications.
Good experience with Java web services (WSDL and XML schemas).
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); design/development of webservices (server side) using SOAP /XML.
Experience working with open source frameworks such as Struts, Spring.
Experience with IDE tools like Eclipse (or similar IDE like IBM Rational Developer).
Exposure to Open Source Testing frameworks like Junit, TestNG and mocking frameworks like Mockito, EasyMock, PowerMock etc. is a plus.
A good team player who can collaborate and work closely with multiple functional groups.
Ability to multi-task and work under stringent timelines within a strong, high-energy team environment.
Strong technical background.
Acts as a liaison between the client areas and development group for the enhancement and creation of reusable business services. Responsible for coordinating business and technical requirements.
Evaluates and recommends solutions based on their cost effectiveness, maintainability, and future opportunities for reuse.
