Education - BE/B.Tech/Diploma in CS/ CE/ IT/ EXTC.

Job Description:
- Relevant work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Should have hands on experience on Office365, outlook configuration , MS office products ,etc.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- B.E / B.Tech candidates only require.
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years of technical experience require.
- Should have excellent communication in English
- Should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts
- Only male candidates are require
