Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - IPM (API)
Markets: USA, EU, Canada, ROW & India

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Job Profile:

• Patentability analysis and Novelty searches related to salts, derivatives of compounds, Route of synthesis (ROS), Intermediates.
• Preparation of patent landscape of API for USA, Europe, Canada, India, & ROW.
• Patent Non-Infringement Analysis of API, ROS.
• Patent Drafting and filing.
• Perform FTO Analysis.
• Design IP compliant API development strategies.
• Respond to API related queries of customers and/ BD team.

Desired Profile:

• M.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Pharm with 4 to 6 yrs experience in IPR / IPM for API with well-known Pharmaceutical Company.
• Basic knowledge of Patent laws of India, USA and Europe.
• Knowledge of Patent drafting and filing procedure
• Familiar with patent and literature search and knowledge of Scifinder, STN and various database searches.
• Expertise in Preparation of Patent landscape and infringement analysis.
• Sound knowledge of Organic Chemistry.
  Analytical skill of patents for chemical processes.
  Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship.
• Incumbent should be preferably from nearby city.
