Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter /Sr. IT Recruiter


Location: Hyderabad


Experience: 2-4 Yrs


Notice Period: Immediate/10 Days



Note:

  • Candidate should attend our Office for one week for understanding the process after joining.
  • After his pandemic situation/15-Feb-2021 need to come to office.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in End to End Recruitment.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience recruiting IT Professionals.
  • Passionate about recruitment & having relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Moderate understanding of IT terminology and processes
  • Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings with our clients.
  • Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals like Naukri, Monster including LinkedIn and also
  • Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
  • Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the company process.
  • Update and track candidates in the pipeline for the positions that are submitted
  • Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region(s).
  • Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in the database.
  • Strategize with team members; assist and backup absent colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.
  • Should have good experience with job postings, search strings, mass mails, referencing, vendor list, etc
  • Contacting candidates and qualifying them on skills vs experience, area of interest.
  • Complete analysis of the candidates current/previous project and responsibility is undertaken per project.
  • Building good rapport with each candidate for long term association
  • should have experience with salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates
  • Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
