Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of project management experience
Other Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector with technical background
- Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Should work with stakeholders to establish project goals and prioritize deliverables under minimal supervision.
- Should be able to create a completed plan with dependencies identified and critical issues/paths.
- Gathers requirement (e.g. schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, milestones, prioritization) within a cross-functional team to develop project plans for small- to medium-sized projects.
- Monitor project performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope and with quality) for small projects under minimal supervision.
- Create and manage project data such as project specific metrics, updating project schedules, status updates, report preparation, database maintenance, and project data maintenance in order to monitor project progress; escalates metric deviations in a timely manner.
- Excellent team player with solid problem-solving aptitude.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge on reporting tools and publishing Dashboards
- PMO, PMP, Prince 2 or Six Sigma Project Management Certification is a plus.
