Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring for Business Analyst Role for TEKsystems Global Services , Hyderabad Software Development Center

Responsibilities:

oElicit, gather, analyse and document requirements in the form of themes, epics and user stories

oCreate requirement documents, use cases/user scenarios, data and process flow diagrams based on the business need

Create wireframes to depict understanding of application flow

oLead requirement review sessions with the customer and with the team

o Provide availability to the team to clarify requirements, perform desk checks and guidance w.r.t requirement implementation

oEnsure the solution is built as per customers requirements through sanity and smoke tests

oAssist users during UAT and provide support during implementation

oConduct scrum ceremonies specific to BA iteration planning and iteration demo

Skillset:

oThe candidate must have a good understanding of the requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements clarification and documentation

oProficient in SDLC process with proven experience in Agile scrum methodology

oHands on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wireframing

oCandidate must have good presentation skills to lead/facilitate discussions

oCandidate must have effective spoken and written communication skills

oActive listener who pays attention to details

oMust be proficient in customer relationship management

oMust understand basic technology terms about database, web services and web and mobile applications. Ability to write basic SQL queries to assist with their day to day work will be an added advantage

oFamiliar with document/requirement management systems such as ReqPro and JIRA

oMust be a research oriented self-learner
