About the Role:
Analytic Consultant 5 is an individual contributor role within the Consumer Lending. Specifically this person will support the Self-Assurance Quality Team through development of data driven testing, creation of automation, and establishing analytics. The ideal candidate will be able to partner with the Servicing Data Analytics (SDA) team and the Self-Assurance Quality team to identify opportunities to automate testing.
Additionally, determine business requirements for complex analysis, which will identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvements to business performance and process as well as monitor risk. The candidate will be able to leverage the analysis to gain management buy-in and approval and execute support activities to guide recommendations into action.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and projects for the Home Lending Self-Assurance Quality Program.
Performs complex analysis of findings and trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, customer complaints analysis etc.
Responsible for consulting with partners to identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations.
Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources.
Assist in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, text mining and/or data visualization.
Be a team/technical lead for the team and provide thought leadership on the projects, driving new ideas and identify opportunities
