Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
Required Skills
Strong sense of ownership - Feeling of personal accountability for all areas in scope.
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Experience in issue management and resolution
Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
Proficient in UNIX shell scripting and SQL programming
Experience with IBM Operational Decision Management (ODM) tool for rules development
Experience in application development using Java or other program languages
Exposure to Agile development methodology a major plus
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Credit card, Auto Finance and Risk Management experience is a plus
Working on Big Data Technologies is a plus
Working on Cloud / micro services is a plus
